What are your shipping charges?

Please note: Royal Mail and Parcelforce are closed on Monday 30th August, so please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Items ordered after 2pm on Friday 27th August will be shipped on Tuesday 31st August. Normal service from Tuesday.

UK Mainland - If you place your order before 2pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 2pm, your order will be shipped the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.
 
UK Offshore - Offshore areas are defined by the following post codes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. If you place your order before 2pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 2pm, your order will be shipped the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.
 
Europe (EU) - We deliver to Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. If you place your order before 2pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 2pm, your order will be shipped the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. Please note: we only ship orders to the EU that weigh up to 4999g.
 
Will I be charged shipping for each item if I order two or more items in one transaction?
You will be charged for the total weight of your order. Please see the weights above. The full shipping price will show on the checkout page.
 
Will all of my items be shipped together?
We will ship each product in its own separate box if you have ordered two or more, or small items may be placed in one box. We will ship all of your boxes together so you should technically receive your order together.
 
Which shipping company do you use?
We currently use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our shipping companies.
 
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries for orders weighing up to 4.999kg (4999g).
