 When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 1pm, we will ship your product the same day. You should then receive your items the next working day. If you order after 1pm, you should receive your items within two working days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your order within those timescales. Please see rates below in our shipping charges.
What are your shipping charges?
Our current charges for (mainland) shipping are: £3.75 for standard next day delivery (please see timescales in our previous question above).
The shipping charges for offshore areas including Northern Island and UK Islands are £19.95. Those areas are defined by the following post codes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. We cannot guarantee that those areas of the UK will receive their products within the timescales mentioned in our previous shipping question above.
Will I be charged for each item if I order two or more items in one transaction?
No, you will only be charged for one item.
Will all of my items be shipped together?
We will ship each product in its own separate box if you have ordered two or more. We will ship all of your boxes together so you should technically receive your order together.
Which shipping company do you use?
We currently use APC as our shipping company. They are a well known company – one of the UK’s favourite.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this moment in time we only ship within the UK.
