Ordering
How do I place an order? Ordering at BabyOnTheGo is a very simple and easy process. All you have to do is click on an item you are interested in and click on ‘add to basket’. The item will then be added to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping and have chosen all of the items you would like to purchase, it is now time to pay for your order. Just simply click on “shopping basket” which will take you to a page displaying the total cost of your shopping basket. All you will need to do now is confirm your order and type in all of your shipping details and choose your preferred payment option. Once your order is complete you should receive your items within the next working day if you order before 1pm. If you place your order after 1pm you should receive your items within two working days.
Can I make an order by telephone? At this moment in time we cannot take orders over the telephone.
What payment methods do you accept for payment?
We currently accept PayPal and a number of cards; Visa/Mastercard/Visa Electron/Visa Debit/Visa Delta/Solo
Are there any hidden fees? No, we do not charge any hidden fees. You will only be charged for the products you purchase plus your shipping costs. Our shipping fees are clearly stated in our ‘Shipping’ page.
Order Tracking
Can I track my order? Yes you can track your order at any time with BabyOnTheGo. Simply log in to your account and you will be able to see everything you have ordered as well as tracking information. After your order has been despatched you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information on it.
Can I cancel or change my order? You can cancel or change your order if it has not already been processed. If it has already been shipped you can send your order back to us as long as you advise us as soon as possible if the product is unused, resellable and returned in its original packaging. If you want to cancel or change your order soon after ordering then the quickest way to contact us is by speaking to a member of our customer service team through the Live Chat feature.
Should I receive a confirmation email once I have placed an order? You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. You will also receive an email when we have dispatched your order.
Guarantees, Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns and exchange policy? At BabyOnTheGo we like to make sure we deliver a high quality service to our customers and for this reason we thoroughly check our products before shipping them. We advise that you thoroughly check your item(s) when you receive them to ensure everything is as it should be. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Online Contact Form which you can find on our ‘Contact Us’ page. When filling in the form please include your invoice/order number and the date when you purchased your product. Please note: We strongly advise you take care when opening the packaging of your product to keep it in as best condition as possible – in case you need to return your product for any reason. Can I return a product I do not like? Yes, you can return the product within 30 days (from the day after you receive your order) as long as the goods are unused and undamaged in their original resellable packaging. If you return your product in a used or unsellable condition, a refund will not be provided. If you send us an unsellable product you will not be compensated or have the product sent back to you. You will need to arrange your own courier to collect the product. Please note – We do not pay shipping costs for non-faulty products being returned to us.
How long will it take to receive a refund? Once we have received your product and we have thoroughly inspected the products, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your refund. You should receive your refund within 5 working days. Although please allow up to 7 working days for your refund.
What should I do if my product has been damaged in transit? We advise you to thoroughly check your items once you have received them. If you find any damage then please notify us within 3-4 working days of receiving your product. We will then arrange to collect the goods free of charge and will then arrange to send you a replacement. We will deal with this process as fast as possible.
What is the guarantee on your products? All of our products are covered with at least a 6 months guarantee. We advise you keep all packaging (and your invoice) for the full guarantee period of your product, in case your product develops a fault as this will save you having to provide your own packaging for collection. If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period please contact us as soon as possible via our Online Contact Form. You can find this form on our ‘Contact Us’ page. In this form please include your invoice/order number and the date you purchased your product. We will then contact you within 24hours and we will send you instructions of the next steps to take. Please note - We will work as fast as possible to repair your product and send it back to you, however, if your product needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, this can take up to 30 days.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
If you order before 1pm, we will ship your product the same day. You should then receive your items the next working day. If you order after 1pm, you should receive your items within two working days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your order within those timescales. Please see rates below in our shipping charges.
What are your shipping charges?
Our current charges for (mainland) shipping are: £3.75 for standard next day delivery (please see timescales in our previous question above).
The shipping charges for offshore areas including Northern Ireland and UK Islands are £19.95. Those areas are defined by the following post codes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. We cannot guarantee that those areas of the UK will receive their products within the timescales mentioned in our previous shipping question above.
Will I be charged shipping for each item if I order two or more items in one transaction?
No, you will only be charged for one item.
Will all of my items be shipped together?
We will ship each product in its own separate box if you have ordered two or more. We will ship all of your boxes together so you should technically receive your order together.
Which shipping company do you use?
We currently use APC as our shipping company. They are a well known company - one of the UK's favourite couriers.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this moment in time we only ship within the UK.

How Secure is Your Website? Our website uses Secure Socket Layer encryption technology. This means that all of your information is kept private and completely secure. This information includes your name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, log in username and password, and your payment details and information.
How Will My Contact Information Be Used? At BabyOnTheGo we promise never to share any of your personal details or payment details with any other organisation and those details will be treated strictly confidential. The main source of information we will use to contact you is your email address.
